As a Senior Python Engineer , you will lead the design, development, and optimization of complex Python applications and backend services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect scalable solutions, drive best practices in coding, and ensure the overall security and performance of our platforms. In this role, you will mentor junior engineers, lead technical initiatives, and play a key role in shaping the direction of our software development efforts.  

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement or maintain processes for different departments ensuring their reliability and performance.
• Take ownership of projects from conception to deployment and maintenance, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Deploy solutions in production using cloud services, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Talk to teams inside the company and turn their problems into software solutions, fast.
• Ensure robust cloud infrastructure using AWS services.
• Continuously learn and adapt to the rapidly evolving AI landscape.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven track record in back-end development.
• Proven track of deploying solutions in production environments using Docker, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, and cloud services.
• Knowledge of AWS cloud services.
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, etc.).
• Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with working with LLMs and concepts related to working with them, e.g., vector DBs and embeddings, is a strong plus.
