Recruitment Specialist
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate updates to hiring managers or clients.
- Handle candidate documentation, including background checks and reference verification.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and databases to ensure accurate and organized records.
- Assist in the onboarding process, including job offer preparation, contract documentation, and pre-employment requirements.
- Contribute to process improvements and recruitment reporting.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 2–3 years of recruitment experience
- Prior experience in the BPO industry is highly preferred and considered a strong asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible and adaptable
- Strong ethical standards and discretion in handling confidential information
