We are seeking an experienced Model Ops Engineer to serve as the primary technical liaison and hands-on interface between all groups that implement and benefit from computer vision technologies. This person will also assist in integrating Model Life Cycle Management capabilities into the company’s enterprise systems and business applications.

Responsibilities:  
• Produce on-demand insights based on production issues in any part of the recognition factory  
• Automate analytic processes and build tools to ensure data integrity  
• Work closely with development and solution teams  
• Lead model ownership including mapping technical and business gaps  
• Develop components to improve recognition factory and model efficiency  
• Participate in agile development processes and 2-week sprint cycles  
• Attend stand-up meetings and collaborate with a global remote team  

Required Technical Skills:  
• Python
• MongoDB
• MySQL
• AWS
• GCP
• Docker
• BigQuery and PostgreSQL knowledge is an advantage
• Knowledge in Deep Learning is an advantage

Qualifications:  
• BSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related field 
• MSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering is an advantage 
• Strong analytical skills and ability to drive value from data 
• Experience in programming, preferably Python 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills 
• Passion for learning and working in a production environment 
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote setup

Work Setup & Team:
• Full remote work setup 
• Team size: currently 6 members 
• Core working hours: 00:00–09:00 UTC 
• Flexible shifts depending on business needs 
• Some team members work 04:00–13:00 UTC schedules 
• Intermediate to Advanced English level required 
• 6-month probation period 

Location: Remote (Philippines)
