Customer Service Associate will be responsible to act as a liaison between a multi-currency mobile wallet and its users through live chat, call or email. The Associate is expected to have excellent communication skills to provide satisfactory solutions to a diverse range of queries
Job Description:
- Promptly replies to email/chat from users
- Answer calls from user or make calls to users when required
- Provides a holistic solution to customer queries
- Delivers the required service level
- Accurately document customer requests
- Accurately fill out online forms/sheets
- Provides empathy to ensure customer satisfaction
Job Specification:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Has previous email/chat support and call experience or any relevant customer service experience in a BPO setting
- Proficient in using MS Office, particularly MS Excel
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Flexible and adaptable
