Full job description

Customer Service Associate will be responsible to act as a liaison between a multi-currency mobile wallet and its users through live chat, call or email. The Associate is expected to have excellent communication skills to provide satisfactory solutions to a diverse range of queries

Job Description:

  • Promptly replies to email/chat from users
  • Answer calls from user or make calls to users when required
  • Provides a holistic solution to customer queries
  • Delivers the required service level
  • Accurately document customer requests
  • Accurately fill out online forms/sheets
  • Provides empathy to ensure customer satisfaction

Job Specification:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Has previous email/chat support and call experience or any relevant customer service experience in a BPO setting
  • Proficient in using MS Office, particularly MS Excel
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Flexible and adaptable
